HealthFinders is a community health resource center for Grand Strand Health. HealthFinders offers screenings, classes, seminars, support groups, along with other community events. Screenings are offered at discounted costs: Lipid profile (12-hour fast required) for $20 and A1C for $20 - cash or check only. Free weight checks are also available.
